Loved exploring the beautiful surroundings with hiking and cycling. The fireplace in the holiday home was great for cozy evenings. And the free WiFi was a lifesaver for posting jealous-worthy pictures of my stay.
Oh, how I adored the challenge of the tricky shower temperature. Adds some excitement to my mornings.

Engaging activities: The area surrounding the holiday home offered an array of outdoor activities like hiking and cycling, ensuring an adventurous stay that kept me on my toes. It was like having a personal trainer with nature as my gym.
Weak phone signal: Occasionally, the weak phone signal indoors made it challenging to communicate effectively. However, stepping just outside or into the garden shed magically solved the problem, allowing me to regain connectivity and continue my conversations uninterrupted.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful, comfortable home with a private garden. The house was furnished to a high standard and had all the amenities we needed for a home away from home. The hosts were extremely welcoming and even provided thoughtful gestures like a welcome grocery pack and treats for our dog. The enclosed garden and private driveway were great for peace of mind. The location was perfect for exploring East Lothian, and we had a peaceful and restful stay every night. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to explore the area.
The only minor inconvenience was that the phone signal was a bit weak indoors, but it was easily solved by stepping outside or into the garden.
